A landfall on the central or southwest Louisiana coast is forecast Friday afternoon. On the current NHC track the eye of Delta would pass 132 miles east southeast of JSC on Friday. ON the current track potential impacts to JSC look to be minor: an inch or less of rainfall, perhaps gusts to tropical storm strength at times Friday.
