The Engineering Directorate will be conducting a series of bursts tests beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, September 11th. For each burst event, a single high-decibel noise event may be heard in the area surrounding ESTA, but the impacts of the test will be contained to the test area and there is no hazard to outside personnel. This is simply a notice that the sound may be noticeable to areas on the north and west of the JSC campus. Tests should be completed by the end of the week.
