From the Spaceflight Meteorology Group:

At 1000 CDT, Exercise Tropical Storm Quasi was located at 22.20 N 93.90 W approximately 861 miles southeast of JSC.  Exercise TS Quasi was moving west at 21 MPH.  Maximum sustained winds were 50 MPH.

Exercise TS Quasi is forecast to make landfall between the southeastern Texas to the southwestern Louisiana coast on Thursday, 24 June from 1400 CDT to 1800 CDT.
