Freezing temperatures combined with the residual moisture from precipitation are impacting travel in the JSC area. JSC is Closed to all but essential personnel.  Supervisors can authorize telework to the maximum extent possible during this freezing period. Supervisors are also granted authority to approve XLV61 Weather and Safety Leave when an employee is unable to travel to work safely due to weather conditions and also unable to telework due to power outage and/or home safety issues (damage or unsafe conditions).

 

Employees, please coordinate with your supervisor. Your safety is a priority. WebTADS guidance will be sent as needed following the freezing weather to account for unusual circumstances.

 

Contractor team members should check with your contract management for your company’s policy.

 

If you must travel to site, check road conditions on your route and exercise extreme caution.
