EXERCISE: 10AM Update – Charlatan is now a hurricane located at 25.8N 91.2W, moving NW at 9 MPH with sustained winds of 85 MPH. Landfall as a Cat 3 storm is predicted for Thursday night. TS force winds expected in the JSC area in about 36 hrs.
