Based upon radar and aircraft recon data Beryl has been upgraded to a hurricane.  At 11 PM CDT, Hurricane Beryl was located at 27.7 N 95.7 W or 128 miles SSW of JSC, moving NNW at 10 MPH. Maximum sustained winds were 75 MPH.
