The NWS has extended the flood advisory until 900 AM CDT.

* At 753 AM CDT, At 750 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated light to
moderate rain over the advisory area. This will exacerbate
flooding from heavier rain that fell last night. A small part of
Galveston County between Texas City and Hitchcock received between
4 and 7 inches of rain over the last 24 hours.

Pasadena, southeastern Pearland, League City, Baytown, Galveston
Causeway, Galveston Island West End, Texas City, Friendswood, La
Porte, Deer Park, Alvin, Dickinson, South Houston, La Marque, Santa
Fe, Seabrook, Webster, Hitchcock, Beach City and Kemah.
