JSC will be open to MISSION ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL ONLY beginning at 3pm on Monday, July 8th, 2024, through the end of the business day on Tuesday, July 9th.

Essential personnel reporting to work today should use the Main Gate.

Your safety is the first priority. Monitor local weather and check road and traffic conditions before travel. Essential personnel should take extreme caution when reporting to site as there may be debris on roads and walkways. Unknown hazards may exist in buildings.

To ensure continuity of operations, Civil Servants who not report to site are expected to telework if they can do so. Civil Servants who do not have power, have unsafe conditions at home, and/or cannot relocate should coordinate the use of XLV61 with their supervisor. See the JSC Personnel Handbook and refer to the Telework and Weather and Safety Leave sections for more information.

We know the storm has left a significant impact to our community. Please talk to your supervisor if you need to make schedule adjustments as we recover.

Contractors should ask their supervisors for their company’s policy.

Remote workers who are not impacted are expected to continue to telework.

If you have not already done so, please reach out to your supervisor to report your status.

A check-in survey will be sent via an email from the ENS to Civil Servants. Contractors should check in via their company policy.

Center Status updates will be posted on www.jscsos.com, and messages may also be sent via the Emergency Notification System (ENS) and the NASA Safe mobile app.
