At 10AM CDT, Tropical Storm Nicholas was located at 29.6 N 95.3 W or 15 miles west of JSC. TS Nicholas was moving northeast at 6 MPH. Maximum sustained winds were 45 MPH offshore of Sabine Pass. Winds will be lighter around JSC.
TS Nicholas should continue weakening as it moves northeast and will produce light showers this morning and into the afternoon.
