From the Spaceflight Meteorology Group:

An extended period of well below average temperatures is forecast for JSC over the next 5 to 7 days.  JSC is likely to set several daily records for minimum temperature and coldest maximum temperature Saturday through Tuesday.  JSC may tie or break its all-time record low of 20°F as well on Tuesday morning.  JSC records have been kept since 2000.  The temperature should drop below freezing for 3 to 7 hours Monday morning and again Monday night for up to 16+ hours into Tuesday.  Take precautions for exposed or vulnerable pipes, plants and pets.

There is also a very good chance for freezing rain, sleet or snow early to mid-morning on Monday at JSC.  Winds will be breezy as well making for low wind chills and miserable weather on Monday.

Another update will follow on Friday.
