From the Spaceflight Meteorology Group:

A combination or rain, sleet and snow occurred overnight at JSC and is now all snow. Four to 5 inches of snow is possible this morning before ending around noon today.  Skies will begin to clear off by late afternoon so the sun may even peek through the clouds briefly before sunset. Low temperature tomorrow is forecast to be 21 at JSC under sunny skies which will slowly warm things up.  Expect a hard freeze overnight.
